Title: Telecom Support Engineer
Location: Renens, Laussane, Switzerland
Duration: 6 months Rolling
Job Description:
Telecom Support Engineer should have strong experience in VOIP telephony network support preferably with relevant certifications. Hands-on experience in Avaya telephony and other VOIP technologies
Administration and Maintenance of the AVAYA DEFINITY Enterprise Communications Server and associated components
Maintaining, Configuring and Programming of CVCT Server. work on incident tickets
Administration and Analysis based on the reports from Call Center Administration and Supervision using Call Management System.
Administration of Computer Telephony (CVCT) server, AES Server
WITNESS IP Loggers Unify, Viewer, EQB Administration and maintenance with CSCM archive manager
Creating of VDN Vector, Call flow as per business requirement
Configure of different types of Cards like.IPSI,MEDPRO,DS1,CLAN,VAL Board,etc
Configuration of IP-PHONE
Creating & Monitoring PRI(E1)
Creating and troubleshooting of IP-Trunk
