Role:
This position is responsible for the design and construction of our remote access technologies supporting both B2B application access as well as mobile device connectivity (iPhones, iPADs, Windows Mobile for DSD).
Main Responsibilities:
This position will be filled by a contractor for a minimum of six months to manage and develop application publication rules and processes for our Microsoft TMG reverse proxy servers and Juniper SSL VPN appliances. We publish internal applications including the Microsoft ActiveSync, Lync, and http applications via TMG. In addition, the Juniper appliances are used for B2B commerce and B2E access via a portal and mobile VPN. The consultant will also assist with our mobility projects and activities, including our reverse proxy architecture, the existing remote connectivity solutions used for field applications (Push Mail, CWA, BMB, Hamilton, NewsPage, MDMS), and our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.

* Expert knowledge and experience architecting remote access infrastructure using Microsoft Threat Management Gateway (TMG) and/or Juniper SSL VPN appliances to support mobile device access. In the case that the candidate has knowledge of only one of the technologies, s/he will have a demonstrated capability to learn new technologies
* Experience with general networking concepts including routing, DNS, and load balancing.
* Experience or aptitude developing functional requirements and writing documentation in English.
