Learning Coordinator required for a large financial services client in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
- Support the training and development team with administrative activities
- Organize meetings and training programs
- Coordinate appointments and attendance
- Booking of internal and external venues for programs
- Resolving invoices with external suppliers
- Coordinate materials for training programs
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years in an office environment
- Experience in high volume administration
- Experience in event management is a plus
- Fluent German and English are a must
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
