Learning Coordinator required for a large financial services client in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the training and development team with administrative activities
  • Organize meetings and training programs
  • Coordinate appointments and attendance
  • Booking of internal and external venues for programs
  • Resolving invoices with external suppliers
  • Coordinate materials for training programs

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years in an office environment
  • Experience in high volume administration
  • Experience in event management is a plus
  • Fluent German and English are a must
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
