My client, a leading global medical devices company based in Switzerland is currently looking for a Quality Training Specialist to support the overall learning and development needs of the Quality Assurance and Quality Management department. They are known for their implants and biomaterials used in correction and regeneration of human skeleton as well as surgical fixation. This could be your chance to become an important part of a world wide known company which will benefit you for your future projects.As a Quality Training Specialist you will have a very challenging, varied and important role within the company. You are in charge for the overall learning and development needs which means you have to work hand in hand with the managers and supervisors to build learning plan requirements for all positions and ensure that the training documentation is up-to-date, accurate and retrievable. Furthermore you have to act as lead facilitator for Global Remediation Quality Plan (GRQP) Training Process roll out and Implement comprehensive training program for cGMP/QSR.
You should have quality/ compliance experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry and documented training in FDA QSR, ISO . German and English on a fluently level are necessary as well.
