Project Manager, Ratings & Reviews, CRM, B2C, Digital Marketing, FMGC We are urgently seeking a Ratings & Reviews Project Manager for support in selecting the relevant Ratings & Reviews and Advocacy platforms and to kick-start our clients implementation.
Knowledge
Experience with Ratings & Reviews platform implementation (eg: BazaarVoice)
Good understanding of CRM, multi-channel Direct Marketing and consumer services processes
Knowledge of project management methodologies - Must Have
Experience in B2C and Digital Marketing - Nice to Have
FMCG experience - Nice to Have
Team Management - experience in putting a service delivery orientated; yet collaborative & respectful working environment in place - Must Have
