The contract is with a large Consultancy to be on an assignment at a large client organisation
In Lausanne Switzerland as follows:-
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Support in selecting the relevant Ratings & Reviews and Advocacy platforms and kick-start their implementation.
Support in running the request for proposal to find the relevant Ratings & Reviews and advocacy tool(s) for Clients
Brands, including gathering learnings from existing pilots, capturing requirements from businesses, evangelising the solution among priority markets
Define the functional specifications and integrate it with other processes and tools (consumer feedback tools, community management processes, capturing consumer data into cRM databases.)
Help define the business case including the relevant KPIs Etc.
DELIVERABLES:
Quality best practices, internally and externally
Detailed functional requirements
Training material in place for markets
Communication decks - as required
KNOWLEDGE:-
Experience with Ratings&Reviews platform implementation (eg: BazaarVoice)
CRM Expertise in multi-channel Direct Marketing processes, especially data bases
- Knowledge of project management methodologies - Must Have
- Significant experience in B2C and Digital Marketing - Must Have
- FMCG experience - Nice to Have
Team Management - experience in putting a service delivery orientated;
- collaborative respectful working environment in place - Must Have
Strong decision making and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions)
Functional and Technical analysis skills with international mindset
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues
Ability to easily communicate and reach alignment among individuals
