Our client is a pharmaceutical company, based in Basel. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated and qualified Desktop Supporter for a 6 month contract, starting ASAP.

As a Desktop Supporter/Access Excel Reporter your responsibilities would be the following:

  • Create and build excel reports using different data source
  • Evaluating, installing, allocating and maintaining new hardware, software and network components and communication components, as well as training users
  • Accepting and managing technical problems
  • Coordinating of rollout planning and releases

In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Ms Access
  • Experience with VBScript macros development
  • Experience with Google tools, such as google sheets, google scripts, gSites
  • Knowledge with MS Sharepoint
  • Experience with visual reporting tools
  • Desktop support experience
  • Very good English skills
