Junior Quality Manager required, to work on a project within a major Pharmaceutical Company in Switzerland.ROLE PURPOSE, MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manages and coordinates SharePoint computer operations activity to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of organization's workload in a high quality manner.
• To own all coordination between application owners and our internal teams regarding the ‘GxP’ portion of the EWS Change Management SOP, especially (any/all) changes made on PLATFORM which need to be coordinated with all registered GxP app owners
• To build/maintain an inventory of GxP applications (we need a FULL application inventory in the end – but need to keep a ‘GxP’ flag for specific needs) in the SharePoint environment
• To take on the task of a ‘SharePoint Services Quality Documentation’ refresh + to be the owner of the overall precision and quality of this documentation on-going
• To be the responsible resource to execute Site Requests for the new CONTROLLED COLLABORATION service.
Additional "Good to have":
Familiarity with SP tools such as:
- Metalogix, Control Point
- Workflow tools such as Bamboo, Nintex
- e-record and e-signature configuration and processes within SharePoint 2010 and 2013
-Strong analytical skills and Ability to multi-task;
-Strong attention to detail;
-Proven communication and documentation skills;
-Excellent organizational and troubleshooting; -Knowledge of all aspects of the software development and maintenance life cycle in a GxP environment;
Duration: Asap – End December 2013
Hourly Rate: CHF 80.- gross hourly rate
