For our client, a leading financial company based in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and dynamic
Desktop/Packaging Engineer (Contract, Zurich)
In this challenging contract role, you will be responsible for facilitating the physical move from Windows 7 to App-V virtualised delivery for all platforms. Additionally, you will liaise with Application Owners to come up with solutions for applications which are not compatible with the target platform. Providing 3rd level support for App-V applications/users will also be part of your work.
This is a contract position in Zurich.

For this challenging role we are searching for a strong desktop engineer with 10+ years experience with desktop engineering or packaging in large environments. Additional understanding of Windows 7 x64 client and 5+ years experience in packaging and App-V sequencing are also mandatory for this position.
