Experis seeks multiple "Trainer Consultants" to join an international team with a prestigious leading company in various locations throughout Switzerland.
Main tasks:
Act as lead facilitator for Training Process roll out and implement comprehensive training program for cGMP/QSR areas. Support learning and identify development needs for the company local sites. Ensure training documentation is up to date, accurate and retrievable.
Requirements:
7 years trainer experience within large corporations is required
Experience within the manufacturing industry is required
FDA expert knowledge is a must
Good knowledge of regulation and standards like ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 is a must
A proactive and flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure is required
Communicative, motivated, self-starting team player is a must
Fluent English language skills are both in written and spoken are a prerequisite
Fluent German documentation skills are a must
BSc degree or similar education is a mustH
Trainer certification is a big plus
Start Date is planned for ASAP, latest 08.07.2013
