We are looking for you to join the team on client site - financial industry - as JAVA/J2EE Developer
Profile:
- Strong experience in developing trading applications with JAVA & J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Swing, Web Services
- Experience with XML, JMS & SQL
- Working experience in Eclipse (Windows) Development Environment
- Ability to work in a development environment with many interfaces to different internal and external clients but in a stand-alone product
- Being fluent in English, German would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Focusing on the development and maintenance of JAVA applications (Server Side & GUI) as well some database development using SQL on Linux and Windows machines
- Dealing with business analysts and senior developers to refine the requirements & produce technical designs
- Developing new software components and maintaining/expanding exiting ones, using clients internal development standards and following internal best practice
- Liaising with business analysts as well as business users for test plans and execution
- Documenting the software changes (technical documentation, support documentation)
