For our client based in Zürich, Switzerland we are currently looking for a PMO
Location: Zürich

End: 31.12.13
Language required: English only.
The role as PMO (Project Management Officer) in Zurich is shared over two areas within CRO IT:
One half of the assignment is to assist the IT Project Manager of TLS (Trade Limit System) with PMO activities to conduct software development projects focusing on the enhancements of an existing global applications with various complex interfaces and manifold stakeholders.
Second half of the assignment is to support CRO IT portfolio management team with PMO activities in the area of regulatory and RWA optimization programs collecting and sharing mgmt information over several global CRO IT locations.
What you will be doing:
50%: Support portfolio manager with PMO activities for CRO IT portfolio which includes key regulatory and risk weighted asset optimization programs:
- Preparing stakeholder updates in PowerPoint
- Managing SharePoint site
- Drafting meeting minutes
- Fielding questions from project management community on portfolio processes and tools
- Responding to adhoc information/reporting requests
50%: Support project manager of Trading Limits Systems (TLS) with PMO activities including:
- Preparing project status report
- Updating Microsoft project plan
- Requesting user access to applications and tools
- Analyzing and maintaining OnePPM data
- Scheduling meetings
What you need to bring
- Previous experience as a PMO or junior project manager
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Powerpoint
- Language: English (fluent written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team-player
- Distinctive project planning an controlling skills
- Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background
- Experience in international projects and work environment
