Sales-to-Cash Consultant
Your profile
- Have an excellent understanding of the Sales-to-Cash and Inventory landscape for a large MNSP.
- Able to rapidly understand the current operating models and the consequences of the Renaissance program on these operating models.
Your responsability
- Perform an analysis of the as-is situation, and in particular identify key Sales-to-cash and inventory system and process gaps currently existing.
- Manage the process of identifying how these gaps should be addressed, taking the impact of the programs into account.
- Propose a set of target scenarios for a to-be model with their impacts in order to facilitate the decision-making process.
- Articulate these scenarios in terms of architecture, transition roadmap and financial case.
- Able to articulate all implications of these choices across the Sales-to-Cash, inventory, delivery, and vendor management domains.
The profile must have proven program management experience to manage a large set of stakeholders in a multi-partners and multi-stakeholders environment.
