Service Manager (Networks & Telephony) - Contract, Zurich
In this challenging contract position you will be part of a team, which is responsible for providing global WAN, LAN, Security and IP services.
In this role, you will be in charge of reviewing tickets from internal users, following up on their status and contribute to process improvements.
This is a contract position in Zurich.

The working languages are English and German.
For this challenging position, we are searching for an experienced Service manager, with knowledge of outsourced environments in the areas of networks, telephony and IP communications. Additionally, you are familiar with a client facing role.
