Role:
In the range of Administration Support for European IFM Project, the task encompasses:
- project communication memos/ mails
- travel bookings
- minute -taking
- slide deck creation
- Emptoris (eSourcing tool) administration
- email/ contact list maintenance
- meeting booking/ arrangements
- PO creation/ invoice checking for consultant support
- category data/ spend checking
Skills:
Experienced, good general Admin
- prefered with pharma experiences
- prefered with an procurmenet background
Languages:
Fluent in English and German - oral and written.
