Test Manager - Our client, an IT outsourcing company seeks a highly skilled UAT Test Manager with strong Avaloq skills. You will be working client side, ensuring activities are managed effectively and Test Plans are executed as expected according to agreed time, cost and quality.Responsibilities
- Co-coordinating test strategy
- Requirement analysis, monitoring development and assessing impact of slippage
- Test case review, test Scripting & managing test prerequisites
- Test tool preparation to include user set up and training
- Test execution support, defect triage, progress reporting and completion sign off
Requirements
- Experience of UAT Test Management
- Strong experience with Avaloq is a must
- Solid general understanding of business processes, core systems, policies and procedures that contribute to user testing of systems and processes.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in order to contribute to design discussions, interpret use cases and create comprehensive test plans and scripts which can be understood and approved by business stakeholders.
- Strong team player who is able to build strong relationships across the programme - from developers through to business stakeholders.
- Positive & adaptable and able to work under pressure in a continually changing environment * Excellent time management skills with the tenacity to achieve tight deadlines.
- Fluency in French is highly advantageous
