Design and implementation of process optimisations
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge in ITIL methodology (V3)
Excellent knowledge of HP Service Manager
Excellent Excel skills
Provider and Vendor Management experience
Business management and analytical skills
Project management skills and experience in the development of concepts fluent German and English
