Project Manager/IT Procurement required to work on a new strategic IT sourcing initiative for a global financial services organisation. You will be liaising with Senior Stakeholders, project teams, external 3rd party suppliers gathering market research to define and setup new vendor management processes and sourcing strategies in accordance with Financial Services industry best practice. The ideal candidate is able to influence stakeholders at all levels, using excellent communication, presentation skills and ideas to implement new strategies. You will need to have a clear background in IT Sourcing, IT Procurement and IT procurement processes; Vendor assessment, engagement, award and management. Fluent English is required with preferably fluent German although a basic knowledge is sufficient. Strong proficiency with the use of MS Office Tools and an ITIL certificate would be a nice to have. Extensions more than likely for the right candidate due to the longevity of the project.
