For our customer in the area of Zürich we are looking for a 3 months project for a Process Specialist/Service Manager Contact Centre

Tasks:

  • Set up, improve and modify internal ordering processes for the Service/Contact Centre
  • Coordination of providers
  • Setup, improvement and modification of Asset Management
  • Setup, improvement and modification of Incident Management
  • Setup, improvement and modification of Capacity Management
  • Setup, improvement and modification of Asset, Usage and Configuration
  • Implementation of tools to improve performance
  • Design and implementation of process optimisations
  • Liaison between the customer and providers

    Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge in ITIL methodology (V3)
  • Provider and Vendor Management experience
  • Business management and analytical skills
  • Project management skills and experience in the development of concepts
