The CLIENTAn international and leading provider in financial services with offices around the world and a solid reputation in terms of quality and customer service. For their continuous growth in Switzerland we are looking to reinforce their TAX team.
At this time we are looking for a Human Capital/Individual Tax Officer for the Zurich office.
Your ROLE
* Management of complex mandates with an emphasis on expatriates tax planning
* Interface between the team and the customer, you ensure a high quality service while respecting deadlines
* Specific advise to the clients (multinational companies) on tax and social security matters to their individual employees (especially expatriates)
* Preparation of tax returns, set up targeted solutions for specific customer issues and complex mandates
* Provide ad hoc support to the customer
* Training and coaching the team, transfer of knowledge
* Possibility to work on global and international projects
Your PROFILE
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Law, Legal area (or equivalent in Finance)
* Ideally training on the Swiss tax, personal tax and social security law
* Professional experience (local+international) in the area of Human Capital Tax/Personal Tax with a focus on Expatriates
* Previous exposure to cross-border social security issues in the taxation of employee share plans and the withholding tax
* Consulting approach, clients oriented, service minded and strong business sense
* Fluent knowledge of German (Swiss German is a plus) and English (fluent) are a must
* EU passport (previous Swiss experience is a must)
