Junior Technical Writer
Edelway is a Swiss Professional Services Consultancy. One of our best clients, a global pharmaceutical company based in the Lugano area, is currently looking for a Junior Technical Writer to join them on a long term basis.
Required languages: English. Italian is a plus.
THE ROLE
*Prepare technical & quality documents within established timelines that are of high quality in terms of applicable content, data interpretation, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, and consistency, with adherence to regulatory guidelines, our client's internal guidelines/styles/processes, and SDLC standards/guidelines;
*Writing documentation for CAPA files
*Writing technical SOP's (procedures) and work instructions based on input from the different technical departments and based on available documentation/presentations;
*Perform technical writing, research, and related editing functions to prepare documents, test plans, user cases, project manuals, business proposals, reports, briefings, presentations, guidelines, and other written materials
YOUR PROFILE
*1 - 2 years experience as document writer or similar position.
*Ideally experience with CAPA
*Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, Spreadsheets, database and presentation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
