On behalf of our customer, Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Silverlight Developer who could start ASAP.
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
In depth understanding of OO principles
Expert in Silverlight/WPF and C#
Demonstrates experience of using Design Patterns
Experience of developing software for a large Enterprise (n-tier development)
Experience of using 3rd party frameworks/components (eg Telerik)
RDBMS experience (eg SQL Server/Oracle)
Worked on applications with complex scalability and performance challenges
Experience of the full project life cycle
Understanding and exposure to Test Driven Development
Experience of Agile practices and processes (eg SCRUM)
Used a language other than .NET eg Java or Scripting language
Knowledge of Real Time trading platforms or other critical transaction based solutions
Hands-on knowledge of FX or similarly complex investment banking products would be ideal
Excellent written and spoken English
