SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGER-PRIVATE BANK-GENEVAThe CLIENT
Top tier international bank, our client is solid institution having a successful and long history.
Today the Wealth Management bank is looking for a Senior Business Manager for his EMEA desk, based inGeneva.
The purpose of the role is to support sales management strategy, execution, growth initiatives and administration.The ROLE
You will report to the COO with a main collaboration with the Head of Business Management. You will have a key role within the desk and your main duties will be:
- Support in developing strategies and executing them (actions plan for bankers, ad hoc analysis of the business and recommendations, etc.)
- Assess performance and sales management, set up budgets and forecasting, revenue analysis
- Manage and improve processes within the business: optimization of products, platforms, tools, infrastructure, services, collaboration with sales, etc.
- Coordinate the Front office activities and improve effectiveness: analyze and identify the change areas (infrastructure, interfaces, clients services, etc.)
- Contribute to the compliance support: client on boarding issues, KYC approach, AML, audit
- Ad hoc projects linked to the Desk
- You have a degree (University degree or MBA ideally) in Finance, Business or similar
- You have a previous similar experience (as a Business Manager in Wealth Management, focused on operations), with a customer knowledge and proposition experience + a sales orientation to understand front office demand requirements
- You can work under pressure, you are multi-tasks, strategic and creative thinking, entrepreneurial and independent
- You have been exposed to Front Office, products set up and back office functions
- You are solutions minded and team player, with people management skills and strong communication skills (ability to deal with every level within the bank)
- You read, write and speak fluently English
- As a MUST: you have a EU passport or/and a Swiss permit
