Senior .NET Developer
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer. For this contract position (6 months) based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop complex .NET applications on all system layers - UI, Application Server and database
- Drive development process and system design
- Lead development team and coach junior developers
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish the solution design
- Actively contribute to project and iteration planning
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Sound understanding of financial instruments and asset classes and their data requirements
- Strong experience creating complex .NET applications with advanced UI
- Proven track record of being lead or senior .NET developer
- Ability to design and implement complex data models using MS SQL Server
- Strong experience in T-SQL programming
- Hands-on experience with TeamCity or any build automation framework
- Test Driver Development experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
