Junior/ Senior Compliance Officer

Our CLIENT

Our client is an international group having offices all around the world.

In order to face the growth of the company and the increasing regulatory environment we are looking for a Compliance Officer. Your role will allow you to have the initiative and you will be responsible for Compliance aspects across the business

The ROLE

* Processing of inquiries from internal and external customers
* Advising the business units in all relevant compliance issues
* Preparation of required documents for internal and external audits
* Conduct training on technical compliance issues
* Risk analysis with the intent of developing recommendations for action
* Conducting due diligence in accepting new customers and partners

The REQUESTED profile

* Legal education or equivalent
* Experience as Compliance Officer
* Banking Experience, ideally investment banking
* Experience with financial instruments incl. derivatives
* Consultant approach in advising the business
* Very good knowledge of English and ideally German
