Sybase DBA (UNIX/Replication Server) - This is a long term contract opportunity to join a Global Financial Services organisation and working within an experienced international team.
The role will primarilly involve administration of the Sybase database and include the following;
Responsibility;
- Installation, configuration and of Sybase and SQL Server database
- Resolving system and performance issues
- Database performance tuning
- Supporting development teams
Skills and experience required;
- 5+ years Sybase database administration experience
- Sybase Replication Server skills
- UNIX/Linux know-how
- Perl/Shell Scripting knowledge
