Desktop L3 Supporter
On behalf of our client, an interesting international company, we are currently looking for a Desktop L3 Supporter for a contract role based in Zurich

Tasks:
- To provide L3/L4/Engineering support in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop problems, that includes OS issues, Hardware, Software and platform application and Printer related issues
- To provide L3 support in Build integration issues and platform application issues
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting platform application (Office, IE, JRE, Anti-virus etc) related issues
- Good knowledge on Scripting and automation through Scripts and troubleshooting in Scripting
- Good knowledge on the all (most) kind of printer hardware and printer configuration and central administration and driver integration and optimization
- Good understanding on infrastructure and Networking Firewall and ipsec rules, and knowledge on Juniper, Citrix Netscalar, checkpoint.
Functional requirements:
- Individual is fully contributing member of the team who can work with minimal/no supervision as per broad guidelines.
- Own the technical assessment, troubleshooting, and coordinating with business/engineering/product management teams for any technical discussions
- Is able to work out a detailed plan on the tasks assigned.
- Has good understanding of technology and its application.
- Involved in implementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation
Qualification & Certificates
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences or similar degree and/or experience in a similar role. Any other relevant certifications
