Currently I am searching for one of my global clients a project manager with experience designing and implementing Strategic Organizational Design & Development at large-scale multinational corporations with 10'000+ employees worldwide. The ideal candidate would have led at least 2 projects on Strategic Organizational Design & Development and come with line experience in HR. Fluent oral and written English is a must.
