My Client is looking for a Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist for the Swiss Entity of the business. Based in Zurich you will report to the Project Owner.
- Able to write technical support documentation based on input and already available documentation
- Standardizing the support documentation and providing templates for those
- Standardizing internal SharePoint sites to always have the same look and feel and the same setup so that support information can be found easier and faster
- Developing a framework, task/decision list and procedure to on board new products
- Planning and coordinating migration and on boarding activities in different technologies
- (Preferably) speaking/writing German
