ASP.NET Developer - Front Office Applications BANKING SWITZERLAND
Start Date: 1/6/13
Contract: 6 month+
Location: Zurich Switzerland
One of my clients, a leading Investment bank based in Zurich Switzerland is urgently looking for a senior ASP.NET MVC Developer with a strong background in development front and Back Office applications.
This is to join one of the most fast paced and dynamic teams within the bank for a long term contract. This is not project based work and the Client is looking for someone who is interested in a long term perspective.
ASP.NET MVC Developer Skills:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience with ASP.NET MVC Development
- Good MS SQL knowledge
- The successful candidate must be able to work front to back on all conceptual levels: GUI, Application Server, database
- This role is 100% development and coding, project or line management activities are not expected.
- The person should be able to take over the technical leadership at feature, release, project or application level
Technical Tools:
- MS Visual Studio 2012
- Redgate SQL
- MS SQL Server
- MS Report Server
- MS IIS
- TeamCity build automation server, SVN, NAnt, Powershell
- Enterprise Architect
Methodologies are RAD and SCRUM
The candidate should also have basic knowledge in the financial instrument area (equity, Fixed Income, alternative investments)
Experience working with structured investment products is a huge plus, but not mandatory
Very good English and communication skills is a MUST
German is a small plus
The candidate should be able to work in self-organizing team, without permanent Line Management supervision.
