Our multinational end client in Basel is now looking for an experienced LMS Space/ESOPS Administrator and Support Analyst to join its team.
We can offer you a contract until this end of the year with extensions on a long term basis.
Start date: ASAP
YOUR PROFILE:
English speaking, other languages a plus
Prior experience of working as an administrator with LMS Space or/and ESOPS in a pharmaceutical company is mandatory.
Able to support ESOPS System Admin work, eg User administration, trainings administration, sops management.
Able to give support activities related to global roll-out of the above names systems by assisting with related trainings/moderate workshops to a worldwide set of users.
Able to create training Matrix based on Job descriptions;
Experience in setup and maintain training programs in LMS Space.
Create courses, certifications and evaluations in LMS Space.
Monitor Training support email account and support with business support requests.
