CCEx Project - Communication Manager 60% (potential to ramp up to 100%)Main responsibilities:
Produce and implement communications business plan for the project
Develop and manage marketing communications campaigns
Develop and enhance communications channels internally
Leverage and engage stakeholders in regard to operational changes
Establish and maintain technical infrastructure to support communication activities
Execute internal communication plan and support sustainability in project implementation and systems usability
Establish and maintain internal communications tools (Sharepoint, Databases, etc).
Write, develop and contribute to internal news flow
Establish trustful collaboration with project senior management
Identify trends for internal communications and adapt to program / project needs
Support project managers in synthesizing various information sources to formulate internal communication emails/documents ready for approval
Provide counsel to create content and messaging for leaders and functions
Design, develop and produce marketing communications materials for the project (posters, presentations, newsletters, etc)
Coach and supervise Project Communication Support
Ensure that content and imagery is produced in compliance with customers Corporate Branding Guidelines for online and printing media
