For a client in the financial area in Zurich we are looking for a Test Lead (f/m) with FATCA knowledge for a 6 months contract.

Duties
  • To ensure the testing approach is based on the Global Group Programme Test Strategy that serves as the framework test strategy and governance document, hence ensuring alignment with the Group test strategy
  • To ensure that regional Business Functions a) understand how Wealth testing will be carried out, reported and tracked and b) participate in and sign off UAT testing (as and when necessary)
  • To define the Wealth FATCA test plans which describe how Wealth intend to conduct testing FATCA regulatory requirements within the Avaloq release cycles to ensure FATCA compliance
  • To define the work stream and testing governance i.e. organizations, objectives, scope, methods and tools used to plan, carry out and monitor Avaloq testing within Wealth division. This includes control processes, test reporting requirements, fault management etc.
  • Project planning for Test work stream
  • RAID reporting for Test work stream
  • Reporting to FATCA Programme Manager


Required Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills (able to balance governance with pragmatism)
  • Avaloq knowledge advantageous
  • FATCA knowledge advantageous
  • Experience of process-led IT implementations advantageous
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering change of > 6 months duration in a global matrix environment
  • Ability to work flexible in a changing environment
  • Ability to work in a proactive manner and take ownership of problems and solutions
  • Able to work and deliver at pace
  • Ability to see and understand the wider picture of business strategy in an organisation and to ensure their chosen solutions are aligned to the business objectives
  • Commercial with a track record of benefits delivery
  • Good understanding and appreciation of strong governance, change methodologies and frameworks
  • Good problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, adapting to changing business demands
  • Clear, concise communication to a Management level audience (written and verbal), to influence and gain support for proposals
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Can demonstrate a logical approach in relation to work
  • Good PC skills including the ability to use PowerPoint and other applications to produce complex reports, spreadsheets and presentations to an excellent quality, suitable for the audience
  • Ability to manage own workload by prioritising activities, balancing conflicting demands and working on own initiative
  • Excellent German and fluent English language skills
