This project is designed to provide meaningful analytic capability to both internal stakeholders (located locally in Geneva and in CUSTOMER's various regional offices around the globe) as well as external stakeholders (eg Member States) and potentially extending to customers in the future. The Oracle Business Intelligence application has been installed and is currently hosted at their ICC (International Computing Centre). Several early BI Proof of Concepts have been undertaken. The scope of the CUSTOMER BI project is expected to cover information requirements that will span a variety of CUSTOMER's applications - some of these are housed at ICC (eg PeopleSoft/Hyperion) and some are on sub-networks that are maintained internally and not at ICC (eg PCT/Madrid etc.). Moving forward CUSTOMER may also wish to include public domain data (eg data from other Agencies) as part of its BI Analytics deliverable to the business. The above hosting, access and security requirements raises questions and issues with respect to where and how CUSTOMER should establish and maintain both its BI application and data warehouse infrastructure. This Statement of works is specifically designed to address these issues.

Deliverables:
-   Review the existing CUSTOMER Solutions Architecture to understand the various data sources that BI may need to report on, mindful of the potential inclusion of public domain data in the required BI analytics
-   Understand the different security requirements/issues, hosting/license arrangements, Firewall/port settings related to the different applications (PeopleSoft/Hyperion/PCT/Madrid etc.) and determine the implications of these on the BI Architecture and DWH strategy.
-   Understand the different access and security requirements/issues related to the different internal and external user groups, in particular member states and CUSTOMER regional offices, and determine the implications of these on the BI Architecture and DWH strategy.
-   Liaise with Information Security (Infosec) to ensure the proposed DWH architecture is compliant with current and planned future policies.
-   Liaise with ICTD/PCT regarding Identity Management (in particular with respect to external users) to ensure the proposed DWH strategy/BI architecture can integrate with the current and future Identity Management strategic direction/evolution.
-   Develop guidelines, principals, standards that will enforce best practice with respect to BI Architecture and DWH strategy, including Dev, Test and Prod environment management.
