Junior Procurement Agent with fluent German and English required. Our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Central Switzerland, is looking for a Junior Procurement Agent/Assistant to support the Procurement team and management. This role will be ideal for someone who has recently qualified from commercial purchasing/procurement training and who wishes to gain relevant work experience.
Main tasks:
- Operational support of strategic purchasing team
- Capture and edit orders in SAP / SRM
- Schedule monitoring of orders
- Correspondence with suppliers and internal customers in DE and ENG
- Edit Invoice Workflow
- Support the buyer in organizing internal workshops
- Support for process optimization
- Documentation of the procurement processes in SAP / SRM
- Create reports for management
Requirements:
- Qualification in commercial purchasing or equivalent experience
- 1 -2 years previous experience as a purchasing clerk is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (SAP / SRM advantage)
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Works independently and set priorities
- Highly socially competent and flexible
- Works well under pressure
