Works as part of a team to develop internal technology infrastructure for business enterprises. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of a wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions for the mortgage industry.

The candidate will have a proven background working with / managing the development of applications using a variety of current technologies, including Microsoft .NET, Java/J2EE and XML.
Highly experience IAM expert with strong knowledge of Oracle IAM products (OIM, OAM, OUD, OIF).
Interfaces with application managers and the established IAM Foundation architecture team to perform application architecture assessment and recommend onboarding solutions.
Drives application owners to onboard their application as efficiently as possible. The Novartis IAM platform needs to be capable to provide services (e.g. AuthN, AuthZ, Acc-/Role-Provisioning, Federation) which are designed in a way, that they can cope with broad variety of application needs. the Novartis IAM provisioning service (based on Oracle's OIM product) needs to be set-up/customized in a way that it can cope with currently known / anticipated future provisioning requirements of Novartis Business Applications.
Analyze application's architecture to recommend a technical solution for onboarding to the IAM service. This will include workflow implementation, application configuration, and by exception customizations.
Continously improve efficiency of process for application onboarding. This includes architectural topics such as workflows, naming conventions, required for a seamless and standardized IAM adoption.
Technical Architect to drive the adoption by business applications of Identity and Access management Infrastructure, identifies architectural solutions that are likely to contribute to the development of new IAM concepts.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
(a) a strong command of soft skills for communicating, negotiating and influencing.
(b) a wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions.
(c) very well understand and articulate the variety of needs that applications have towards an IAM provisioning service
(d) know Oracle OIM as well as what approaches of tailoring the OIM off-the-shelf product to given app-requirements are recommended and confirmed by Oracle to be supported in their future OIM releases
(e) make a concrete architectural suggestion to customize and tailor the off-the-shelf OIM to the application needs given as well as the future (not yet known) needs to come
(f) demonstrate the suggested architecture's capability & maturity by physically establishing provisioning solutions for a variety of selected Novartis Business Applications
(g) Strong Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), and extensive experience with Identity and Access Management projects.
Stay abreast on the latest industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management.
Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate applications requirements, priorities and solutions. May interface with department/business to identify and coordinate onboarding activities. Is able to effectively relate his/her technical expertise to varying organizational needs.
Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
Takes action to resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely manner that exceeds normal expectations.
Maintains clear and open communications with project teams members and customers.
