Our client is a leading IT outsourcing company with a global presence and they are currently looking for a Data Maintenance Consultant to join their technology team in Zurich, Switzerland for a 6 month rolling contract.
Ideally the candidate would have experience
- Maintain and report the most recent and correct Group entity structure with the correct entity names and entity meta data
- Subject matter expert for developing the database in collaboration with Group Finance IT
- Support database coordinators in the business divisions in the role for uploading and maintaining data in database for all entities in their responsibility conducting an active dialogue
- Obtain and maintain the basic entity documents according the relevant entity governance policies
- Database Coordinator role for Corporate Center and Retail & Corporate
- Provision of Information about all (active and not active) entities
- Right to be informed about all business cases concerning the scope of duties as well as about important decisions of the Chief Financial Officer and Group Treasurer
- Provide access rights for the Legal Structure Database
