Experis seeks contractors with "GMP, FDA CSV Validation, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 1" to join an international team with a prestigious leading company in the beautiful city of Ticino
Main tasks:
Managing Complexity/Technical Accountability and serves as technical expert for the Validation process and responsibilities to ensure compliance. Suggest and sometimes may implement innovation and continuous improvement within the Validation process. Implements initiatives in the Validation Process that will deliver customer value at lowest cost. Facilitates successful team behaviour within Quality Systems and across functional areas. Manages relationships externally and internally. Influences and persuades so as to bring about technical and process improvements. Ensure accuracy and maintenance of the internal Validation Master List. Create Validation Master Plans, Protocols, Summary Reports and other documentation associated with validations, as appropriate for each validation exercise
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a regulated environment
- Minimum 1 year of carrying out validation and/or testing activities
- Must be able to lead and give direction to Validation Projects and Teams
- Strong experience with Validation systems within the GMP, FDA area is required
- In depth knowledge of 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 11 and European regulations is nice to have
- A proactive and flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure is required
- Communicative, motivated, self-starting team player is a must
Non-Technical requirements:
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Language proficiencies English and Italian spoken both written and spoken are a prerequisite
- Education level required is at MSc, BSc level or Life Sciences
Work place is Ticino
Start Date is planned for 03.06.2013
