Famous the world over, they have an impeccable reputation in Switzerland for the fair treatment of their staff, offering plenty in the way of career opportunity and also chances to learn new skills and gain qualifications throughout your career in the firm.For this specific role, I am looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to act as a member of the QA Management team, supporting and developing the production department. Process improvements will form a large part of the role, with current capacity of production not working to optimum capacity.
As a result you will use knowledge of operational excellence to ensure improvements are made to the existing quality systems and production processes, as well as challenging KPI targets in terms of batch release times and overall batch success rate.
Additionally, the Quality Manager will manage the implementation of any change requests with the regulatory department, adhering to company SOP's and internal standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a closely related field. You must have experience in process re-engineering in a GMP environment, and highly preferable is life sciences industry experience. You should speak fluent German and English and be a strong communicator, able to lead and open to taking on new challenges.
