A globally recognised financial client based in Zurich is currently seeking a French & English speaking PMO, I am looking for someone with a significant experience, results oriented and pragmatic thinking. All the project governance has to be implemented from scratch.

The mission is described below
To set up the global framework of the COE's project management related to the Convergece Program
o Implementation of the governance defined by Head Office
o Definition of the Project Planning in relationship with COE's Project Management/Business Analysis Team and Development Team
o Write the SLA with internal clients (COE's clients)
o Budget definition
o To monitor and assess the progress of project work and to raise awareness of Senior Management on any potential financial, technical or resource issues, and on any other potential failure of critical success factors impacting the project
o To ensure proper project control framework and committee structures are in place
o To follow up, monitor and report project progress to plans
o To follow up the contracts with external providers
o To collect and quality-check project launch documents, milestones planning and financials on selected projects
o To be in charge of the preparation and delivery of the different Project Committees
o To set-up & organise the reporting format & data collection pertaining to projects information (planning, financial, status )
o To contribute to the submission process of key projects during the budget procedure or on an ad-hoc basis (including assistance in completing a cost/benefit analysis and Investment approval forms, for submission to Head Office)
o To facilitate communication between project members (and other concerned parties) and ensure project documentation is produced and circulated as necessary
o To administer & populate central reporting tools & contribute to central reporting
o To implement the common project management guidelines and methodology (including document templates) across the CoE
o To develop a central repository of project information
o To be the referent in terms of governance & tooling as far as project management is concerned

o Project management & financial management expertise (Planning & organizing, Resource management, Stakeholder management, Risk assessment & monitoring, Financial analysis & budget management)
o Written/verbal communication skills
o Fluency in English (written & spoken), French/German is a plus
o Products & services knowledge
o Leveraging platform knowledge
o Proactive approach to work
o Track record in project management and meeting deadlines
o Show ability to be an effective team member working closely with colleagues from multiple teams and disciplines, bringing added value to the team
o Good judgement skills to adequately raise an alert and/or exercise whistle blowing, in regards to operational risks exposure among other things
