For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a SAP MDM - Employee MD Lead
The Employee Master Data Lead takes end-to-end responsibility of the definition of the Employee MD solution within our client's Retail project. You will ensure consistency, fit and harmonization of the Employee MD Master Data cross-functional solution. Main responsibilities incude:
Employee Stakeholders Management:
- Coordinating activities and driving the area to meet delivery deadlines and quality targets
- Monitoring and reporting of status
- Developing and maintaining the detailed Employee Master Data project plan
- Ensuring proper communication within MDM team and with all stakeholders
- Ensuring that project team follows all quality processes, including periodic reviews
- Ensuring end product will fulfil requirements and will meet stakeholders' expectations
Design phase:
- Assisting in defining, collecting and reviewing requirements
- Driving open design points to closure and preparing key decision documents
- Defining Employee MD Master Data processes (creation, update, ...)
- Defining Employee MD integration architecture and data flows, in coordination with Data Architect
- Defining Employee MD data model across all systems
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- SAP MDM experience, including HR/employee data management
- Knowledge of SAP platforms (especially SAP Retail and SAP CRM)
- Strong experience with Business Process design, Conceptual Data Integration, Conceptual Data Modeling on SAP Platform, and Technical Data Modeling on SAP Platform
- Understanding of Reporting/Business Intelligence is a preferred skill
- Experience with Business Objects Data Services (BODS) is preferred
This is initially a short (4-5 months) contract position, but there is a good possibility for extension into the next stage of the project (additional 9-10 months) for the right candidate.
The role is with an international client. The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
