Our client, a international financial services provider is currently looking for a Project Manager to work within the Networks and Telephony Technical department with the primary responsibility to support the implementation of products and services within the NTaV (Network, Telephony & Video) vertical.Main tasks/activities:
His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Member of the NTaV Project Delivery team
- Planning and implementation of Network, Telephony and Unified Communications projects
- Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects are tracked and delivered to the expected quality standards.
- Maintain telephony / Network documentation
Position requirements:
- Project Management and coordination Methodology
- Proven IPT / VoIP experience in a Project or Support role (1+ years preferred)
- Proven IP Networking experience in a Project or Support role (1+ years preferred)
- Experience in customer / client facing roles is advantageous
- Experience in outsourcing environments is advantageous
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, working daily with multiple remote sites
- Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English
- ITIL knowledge
- Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
