Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry.
We are looking for a Junior Reporting Specialist with an IT background. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.
The candidate will be a full time resource to assist in the production of project reports, to maintain the document archives and to assist teams involved with the program in the delivery of their updates. This is a key role in strategic, group-wide initiative and provides an ideal opportunity to see how a large change program is run from the inside.
Task & Responsibilities:
Program reporting for the Strategic Program. Primary tasks will include:
* Consolidating input from program leads on a weekly basis
* Delivering project status reports to the core program
* Maintaining the document archive and ensuring the auditibility of results
* Assisting in the production of management reports
* Ensuring the project tracking system is maintained and accurate
Required Experience/Skills:
* Extensive experience of MS Office tools, particularly Powerpoint, Excel, Visio and Project
* Understanding of HTML and the creation and maintenance web pages
* An ability to take complex concepts and present them in a form understandable by non-experts
* Good command of English both spoken and written
* Comfortable working with senior managers both in IT and Business
* Knowledge of financial and cost accounting a plus
* Knowledge of the Investment banking business a plus
* IT experience and/or background (understand IT discussions)
Ideal:
- Education in Computer Science
- PMO support experience in large enterprise
