We are looking for an individual as Technical Architect
Job Description:
Works as part of a team to develop internal technology infrastructure for business enterprises. Storage administration, architecture and/or integration experience. NetApp specific experience is strongly desired - Background in consulting or professional services for enterprise storage; - Experience with NetApp Operations Manager, Provisioning Manager or Protection Manager software (formerly DFM) a plus; - Experience with SAN, NAS, or DAS storage infrastructures and specific experience with NetApp products a plus;
- Identifies areas of improvement and makes proposals aimed at maintaining solutions up-to-date in alignment with AED.
- Ensures all solutions are economically viable, of adjusted complexity and easy to implement, operate and decommission by the Support Services organizations.
- Fully understands, analyses and presents the service and financial impact of solutions in coordination with the service management functions and upper management.
- Assists with the preparation of business cases for new solutions. Presents, defends and leads to approval the technology solutions.
- Provides input to vendor reviews and evaluations by maintaining close relationships with current and prospect vendors. Makes recommendations on future relationships and vendor/product strategy.
- Assists with the Incident, Capacity, Availability, Release and Change Management processes and with any other process in the area of responsibility when so required.
- Managing team of solution architects in areas of Identity Management, Access Management, Directory Services.
- Ensure engineering and operations of IAM services is best in class
- Proactively improve services by measuring KPIs and remediating problems
- Implements integrated, cost effective, business aligned, harmonized technology solutions.
- Ensures alignment to defined technology roadmap
- Ensures ITSM framework, processes, tools and SOPs are implemented, utilized and supported end-to-end.
- Ensures existing governance is observed, indicate areas for improvement and propose solutions and implementation guidance
- Guides and support specialists and senior specialists in the area of responsibility.
- Align with ITIL and ITSM framework:
- Designs, documents and drives the Design and Transition of the solutions, ensures compliance with standards, especially Security and data confidentiality
- Identifies and develops relationships with the Directory systems suppliers, Identity Management solution providers and Network Management Solution providers who supply or could supply products or solution required for Directory Services solutions.
- Solutions: Development and continuous improvement of the Technology in accordance with the Technology Strategy and aligned with the rest of the infrastructure components.
- Establishes Service Levels as part of all projects and ensures solutions meet the required service levels.
- Advises on and leads the development of high quality Standard Operating Environments (SOE) in the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for resolving issues at the highest level of escalation: Problem Management and 3rd Level Support of the technologies under his/her area of responsibility.
