Complaint Handling Manager required with 5 years experience working in the Medical Device or related fields as well as in-depth knowledge of medical device legislation/vigilance.
The successful candidate will be the contact and coordination point for market reports (complaints/incidents). Receiving, monitoring, handling, completing and evaluating the messages to ensure customer satisfaction in our markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and Optimizing Fine procedures for receiving, tracking, editing, enclosure and evaluation
of messages
- Collection and coordination center for messages
- Ensure the documentation and their traceability
- Ensuring customer care after detecting and classifying the messages
- Organize and Share information
- The introduction of measures for the rapid transmission of a competent and technically well-founded statement
- Introduction of correction, respectively. Prevention measures in cooperation with Quality
- Junction to Legal regarding reporting of cases of damage
- Junction with the RM Foundation regarding requested services
- Create the analysis/statistics and reports demonstrating the resulting improvement potential
- Information point for all inquiries regarding market reports by PDC
- Initiating and promoting the highest standards of ethics and compliance
