The IT Service Improvement project is part of the IT Service Excellence Program. It aims at designing and implementing a reporting landscape for the IT function covering all kind of data relevant to steer IT: financials, service consumption, service/process quality, availability and performance. Apart from developing the data model, data integration as well as the reporting tool set based on the requirements of various stakeholders, this project will define the future processes for reporting in IT. The goal of this position is to support the project in defining, documenting and implementing the operating model as well as data governance within IT.
Main tasks/activities:
1. Operating Model for reporting
- Support development of operating model for reporting in IT
- Support definition, alignment and establishing roles and processes
- Documentation of operating model based on existing material and workshop results, consolidation of feedback and refinement of concepts
- Develop necessary artifacts and training material
2. Data Governance
- Support development of data governance framework for IT
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Develop necessary artifacts and training material
3. Project management support
Position requirements:
- Quick familiarization with new topics
- Ability to work independently and delivery focused
- Preparing and facilitating workshops
- Good social skills and positive spirit to interact with various stakeholders
- Experience in BI / Reporting / DWH is a plus
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) is a plus
