In the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building and developing a specialist market within your sector. This allows you the option to provide specialist advice to your clients and candidates. As a specialist within one sector, you can separate your service above the competition by really getting to understand the needs of the client, and being able to provide an accurate and informed service.
As part of the training programme, you will become familiar with negotiation techniques, networking, gaining and following leads, business margins, communication with Execs and senior level staff, and do all of this on an international basis.
