Our Client needs an experienced Change Manager with experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP.The suitable change manager will be required to start mid March and to work full time until the end of December 2013.My client needs a suitable change manager to be working between the UK and Zurich for this project.The suitable change manager will be required to produce organisational designs as a Change Manager for a major SAP implementation programme.You will need to excel in communication skills with stakeholders and SAP users both written and verbal skills in fluent English.
You will need to support the functional change management leads in creating detailed plans for the organisational change, training and communication based on the change strategy.
You will also need to build a solid engagement plan with senior stakeholders in the business as an SAP change manager as well.
My client is looking to interview immediately for this project.
Russian speaking language skills would be a distinct advantage but are not mandatory.
