- Certifications in the areas of Microsoft and ITIL beneficial
- 6-8 years of experience in MS Windows client, server, and Active Directory, preferably in large complex environments.
- Several years of design and analysis experience in the Workplace and Collaboration
- Experience in client management and virtualization, as well as in project management
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
