On behalf of one of our major clients, a renowned bank with their headquarters in Zurich, Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Exchange Messaging Administrator.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY
- Administration and technical support of Exchange Infrastructure
- Technical support for Exchange related systems like BlackBerry, Good, Enterprise Vault
- Collaboration within Projects
- Deep analysis of logs and reports
- Ensure 2nd level support to other departments
- Change and Release testing and implementation
- Ensure consistency with other regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC)
- On-Call during off-hours must be provided on regular basis
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong Exchange experience (Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2003)
- Scripting skills in Exchange environments (PowerShell)
- TCP/IP Networking knowledge (Protocol, Routing and VLAN)
- Security knowledge (Firewall)
- Enterprise email Administration experience
- BlackBerry and Good handheld administration experience
- Outlook troubleshooting skills (Outlook 2010)
- Strong troubleshooting background
- Communication and diplomatic skills in an international environment
- Proactive team player with communications skills
- English and German is a must
